Dosing and packaging solutions for sealing discs
Our dosing and packaging system for sealing discs is designed to ensure efficiency, reliability, and flexibility, adapting to different production needs.
At the core of the system is the CWS dosing machine, equipped with a feeding hopper and dosing belt. It collects the product and accurately measures its weight using a load cell, while vibrating channels regulate the product flow for optimal distribution.
Once dosed, the product can be packed in either carton boxes or polyethylene bags. For carton box packaging, a dedicated transport and filling system manages the flow of empty boxes, fills them with the product, and moves them onto a roller conveyor for full boxes.
For smaller quantities, the Microvert PRO vertical packaging machine provides an ideal solution, ensuring a compact and secure packaging process.
