The cycle starts with the Micropack PRO, an intermittent flow-pack machine for paper-based film, designed to ensure operational flexibility and sustainability. Immediately after, the belt checkweigher guarantees quality control by automatically rejecting non-compliant products.
The case packing phase is handled by the MTRF2000, which forms boxes from flat blanks and seals them using hot-melt glue. The AV100 2-axis pick & place robot equipped with suction cups precisely inserts products into the cartons. The process is completed by the C2000 case closer, ensuring consistent and reliable sealing.
The line ends with a palletizing robot, which automates the handling and stacking of finished cases onto pallets for storage and logistics.
