System for kits of accessories for doors and windows
Counting modules CMF5 are suitable to count screws and different types of metal or plastic components. The basket's internal shape is crucial to properly process pieces with very different characteristics: in this system we have standard modules with cylindrical basket and modules with conical basket. This combination allows to make kits of fasteners and accessories for doors and windows like the ones shown in the video.
The vertical packaging machine Microvert PRO wraps the kits in polyethylene bags which are then weighed to verify they contain the exact number of pieces and collected in boxes.
