Video - Flow-wrapper for valves and fittings
Hardware items can often be wrapped in a single bag and then inserted in carton boxes to be stored or sent to a dealer. Integrated wrapping and cartoning systems can include vertical or horizontal wrappers and carrying conveyors with a box-filling station.
The flow-wrapper Micropac Bagmatic allows a quick and easy changeover and is therefore ideal for small production batches. It is here used to wrap heating and plumbing parts such as ball valves and fittings, in single or chain bags. Carton boxes carried by the belt are filled through a loading basket that counts the exact number of bags to be collected. Box changing is automatic.
