Besides standard weighing and counting machines, Imanpack also designs and builds fully customized sorting and loading systems for special products and applications.
This Microvert machinery features a custom made loading system designed to obtain bags with alternate straight and overturned pieces. The electrical boxes arriving on a transport belt are sorted in two upper transport belt by a double lifting system. One of them, during its upward motion, turns the boxes upside down before transferring them at the upper level. Here are two belts to carry boxes to the loader and alternately feed it with one upright and one reversed box. The vertical packaging machine Microvert PRO 300 makes polyethylene bags with 5 pieces.
